Meet George

George Encinias is a speaker, executive coach, and leadership consultant. Married for over 32 years to Jaime his high school sweetheart. With more than 30 years of ministry, leadership, and coaching experience, he has a unique approach to produce growth in individuals, teams, churches, and organizations. 

Originally from northern New Mexico and now based in Metro Atlanta, George combines decades of real-world leadership with a deep commitment to personal and professional transformation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Life, has a Graduate Degree in Bible and Theology, is a Certified Professional Coach through Dream Releaser Coaching, and is a graduate of Tim Storey’s “Miracles Coaching Program.”

George previously served as Senior Pastor of VOR and served as Director of the Victory Home, a faith-based facility for men in recovery. Today, he uses his wealth of experience to accelerate growth or bring lasting change.
